How do I update my payment information?

Reach out to Caroline directly; she will pass you along to a teammate in charge of billing.

Where do you deliver?

Here is a map of the delivery areas within Seattle; if your neighborhood is not included, please join the waitlist or opt for pickup.

What days do you deliver?

Typically, deliveries occur on Wednesday and Thursday every week; these days can shift occasionally. Shifts in schedule are communicated weeks in advance through the weekly newsletter.

What time can I expect deliveries?

Typically, deliveries occur between 9 am and 2 pm on Wednesday and Thursday every week; these times can shift occasionally. Shifts in schedule are communicated weeks in advance through the weekly newsletter.

Do I need a special container for deliveries?

Soup is dropped off at the location you designate when you sign up for soup club; Caroline asks that a container or cooler be left out to guarantee the safety of your share. (Use of an existing Smith Brothers or Ridwell bin is common, otherwise a cooler or dedicated box works also.) This not only helps to keep your soup safe to eat, but deters curious critters, too.

Do I get notified about my delivery?

Yes, you will be notified of your share’s arrival via text to the number given when you sign up.

Do I need to be home for my delivery?

No. The soup will be left in your designated spot, and you will be notified via text of its arrival, whether you are home or not.

What is the cost of delivery?

The cost of delivery is a flat $30 per month fee. No partial billing, or switching back and forth between delivery and pickup.

Do you deliver to secure apartment buildings?

Yes, with appropriate delivery instructions when signing up.

Can I pick up my soup? Where and how?

Yes – where Caroline makes the soup, in the kitchen of Fremont’s Barrel Thief restaurant. (Details here.) You will receive a reminder text when your soup is ready to pick up at the beginning of your pickup window. Pickup details will be confirmed at the start of soup season.
